Prime Builders is a full service contractor, not a sales and marketing company. Our contractors license number is #795780. We are licensed to build any project you desire. Our installers are fully covered under workerman's compensation insurance, protecting the home owner in case of injury. We also carry general liability insurance, for maximum protection. Before you choose a contractor for your home improvement project, check them out at the Contractor's Board web site. Make sure they are licensed to build the type of project you are interested in. Prime builders has a B1 general construction license. We also have a D03 for aluminum awnings and patio covers, C8 for concrete, and a C17 for windows.

Just because a contractor is licensed with the CSLB, it may not be enough! As an example, if you hire a window company to install your windows, they should at least have a C17 license. If they are cutting openings or doing electrical or anything else, they should have a B1 general as well. Just because the contractor has a license for pest control, gutters, or landscaping, does not mean they are qualified to install a cover or windows.

Make sure the name on the license matches the name of the contractor or company. Some contractors rent their license numbers, which is not legal!
